Better City Services

City services should feel modern, not frustrating.

Residents should not have to chase basic answers, work around confusing processes, or accept repeated delays as normal.

Make City Hall work around real life.

Too often, local government feels analog in a digital world. Residents want clear communication, realistic timelines, and services that are built around how people actually live.

Tammy will push for practical improvements to everyday services: snow clearing, potholes, garbage and large-item disposal, parks, lighting, signage, and neighbourhood concerns that need timely answers.

Better service does not always mean a bigger program. Sometimes it means clearer systems, better follow-through, and a City Hall that treats residents' time with respect.
